Support
The division provides staff support to the
Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), which sets policy and approves the budget and expenditures for each redevelopment trust fund. Division staff also support three Redevelopment Area Boards (RAB) that serve in an advisory role to the CRA, and the

The city has dedicated funds for public infrastructure, residential and commercial grants and neighborhood enhancements within each of the districts. The staff works with neighborhood groups, businesses and the development community to improve the quality of life and create a positive environment for continued investment.
